3. Order Placement & Manufacturing

All orders placed through PCB Globe are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order, or other reasons.

Manufacturing times are estimates and start from the moment the Gerber files are verified and the payment is confirmed.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PCB Globe and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of PCB Globe.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PCB Globe, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
